Did you know that corporate coaching is a very effective tool for developing leadership, enhancing productivity and staff retention?
A coach acts as both a "catalyst" and "facilitator" of individual development and performance. Making coaching available to organizations equips the leaders to deal with the dynamic business environment, and stay focused on the business goals. It also helps the human resources specialists to deal with the biggest of their problem - employee productivity and retention.
When you set a corporate coaching system for your organization, you automatically sign-up for the following 5 key benefits amongst others:-
- Improved job/employee fit - many organizations do not suffer from lack of talent; their problem is the mismatch of the talent and the job. With objective feedback, competency analysis and coaching, your organization will achieve perfect fit leading to enhanced productivity and overall performance.
- Improved morale - When employees feel their professional development needs are valued and someone cares about their progress, they perform better and feel better about the company. With coaching, people think twice about leaving since they don't want to loose their coach.
- Sustained high performance Culture - Coaching is a very effective tool for optimizing performance. Coaches keep "raising the bar" for the high performers moving them a notch higher after every subsequent achievement. These rising challenges and achievements have a positive spiral effect on performance and retention.
- Leadership Development - Executive coaching gives emerging leaders a support mechanism to be more effective and confident as they drive the organizational growth process through people.
- Succession Planning - By establishing a coaching culture, an organization develops a stronger brand with employee loyalty that makes succession planning both easy and cost effective.
Our Corporate Coaching Programs
Our Corporate Coaching Process
- Upon receiving an enquiry, we will schedule a meeting with the contact person to further discuss the organization's/department's needs and jointly agree on the scope of our engagement.
- We shall develop a proposal based on our aforementioned discussion, to include the scope, duration, your investment and most importantly the outcome measurement mechanism, which we shall forward to the contact person for review and commissioning.
- We shall jointly develop a working schedule that is cost effective so that there is minimal work disruption.
- We shall implement the program and keep reviewing the progress jointly against the set outcome indicators and work plan, and make any necessary adjustments.
- At the end of the program, we will require a final evaluation from the client as a way of providing feedback and building our credibility portfolio as a coaching firm.
- Coaching is a long-term relationship and as such, we shall continue offering post-program support in implementing the learning and documenting success stories for your future reference.
